How do you like the seat? I was thinking of getting one for our newest so I can take charlie for rides on his bike…let me know how it works for you! Hapy belated mothers day Al!

Hey Sara. The seat is really great; it’s much more fun to have him in front of me than behind. It also means his weight falls right in the middle of the bike instead of the back, which makes everything feel a bit easier to maneuver for when I’m zipping him through Center City traffic. Just kidding… I swear I’m starting him slow. We did West River Drive on Sunday, but only because it’s closed to cars on the weekend.
The only downside to the seat is the relatively low back, which would make it difficult for him to fall asleep and nap while biking. That said, the seat got really good reviews and I think it’s going to be tons of fun.
For anyone who’s interested in this new and different kind of child bike seat, here’s the homepage for the manufacturer (although it’s cheaper to buy it on Amazon):

p.s. Grandpa Paul, Jai says by September he’ll be ready to challenge you to a race…

thanks for the info! my kiddo doesn;t sleep much so naps while biking would be unlikely…maybe once he’s older and ready for the seat, he’ll sleep better…one can dream!
